Your Contribution to the Conference

Please follow the instructions to submit your contribution in due form and make sure your work receives maximum attention during the conference

 

1. DOWNLOAD THE TEMPLATES

 

Use this to provide us with a GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT (strictly 1 slide)

which will be used for permanent projection in the conference hall

 

Use this template to present your work in the conference proceedings.

Abstracts should be min. 1 page (incl. 1 image), abstracts up to 4 pages will be accepted.

If you use open software or are experiencing difficulties try this version (Abstract_14ICSIA.odt)

 

 

2. UPLOAD YOUR CONTRIBUTION BEFORE APRIL 17th

 

 

3. RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE BY END OF APRIL

 

4. PREPARE FOR THE DAY OF THE CONFERENCE

 

  • A 5' Oral Presentation (PPT, PDF)

This one is for projection during plenary sessions.

Make SURE you deliver your main message within the 5' allocated time.

No extra time will be allowed.

If not sure, do not exceed 5 slides.

 

Complemented by

 

  • A 15' Screen Presentation (PPT, PDF)

This one is for presentation to a smaller audience (typ. 10 people).

You will be using your own PC screen or tablet!

If preferred, you can rent a larger flat panel display (see registration form)

 

Alternatively

 

  • A POSTER (A0 - 80 cm * 120 cm)

If you don't want to use your own PC, you can use the traditional poster for your extended (15') presentation to a small audience.

Benefit ? : it will be on permanent display during the conference
